How do the gunz handle inner turmoil and what advice would you give teams that are dealing with these problems? TAKE THE GOOD WITH THE BAD, AND GIVE EVERYONE A VOICE, STOP THE YELLING AND BE GROWN MEN. THINK OF HOW CRAZY YOU SEE SOME TEAMS SIDELINES, I MEAN FOR REAL. WHEN YOU ALLOW EVERYONE TO GIVE INPUT. IT GIVES YOU A CHANCE TO HEAR. ONE TIME I WAS GOING OFF ON THE SIDELINES, AND LEN AND DAVON WAS LIKE "SMY YOU HAVE TO LISTEN, AND LOOK-SEE WHERE THEIR POINT OF VIEW IS COMING FROM" THAT MADE US A FORCE... A REAL TEAM- REMEMBER WHEN THE PATRIOTS CAME OUT FOR THE SUPER BOWL, AND THE RAMS HAD BEEN INTRODUCED INDIVIDUALLY. THE PATRIOTS ASKED TO BE INTRODUCED AS A TEAM-HOW BIG WAS THAT!! That was crazy, i remember that, you do need that team mentality. its us, and we, not I. ok Alot of times in sports you hear about a team or player hitting their ceiling, have the gunz hit their ceiling. Angles Speed Space Hips Scheme MAN ITS HIPS, BUT ALL OF THEM COME INTO PLAY-SOME QB`S THROW ROUTES, SOME TO EMPTY SPACE, THE BEST ONES CREATE WHAT THEY WANT - like a Point Guard? EXACTLY! LINEMAN, SEE YOU HAVE SOME ATHLETES THAT YOU CAN PUT AT LINEMAN TO PROTECT YOU BUT ADD ANOTHER DIMENSION BUT THEY HAVE TO BLOCK FIRST- YOU GET THE PROTECTION, THEN THE QB.
