For those that didn`t see the "Game of the season" this is how everything went down on cloudy, rainy, sunny, cloudy Sunday afternoon at Ruffin Road in the heart of Southside Richmond, VA. The game started off with Primetime muffing the opening kickoff and taking over at about the 10 yd line. Then they pulled out their new play where the center snaps it sideways and the guy picked it up on the bounce and ran for the first down. After a couple of more plays the Gunz D tightened up and Primetime turned it over on downs. The Gunz got the ball and drove straight down the field after a 4th down conversion and took the lead 6-0 after a botched snap on the PAT. PT got the ball and scored thanks to the playmaking and scrambling ability of their QB "Playmaker". TD to TC wide open. PAT Blocked. Score tied 6-6 at the half as the rain plundered the players and the field. Second Half, Gunz got the ball drove down the field, batted pass/picked off. PT: Playmaker to TC wide open in the end zone, PAT good. PT 13-6. Gunz drive straight down the field and score to tie it up 13-13. Primetime gets stopped and turns it over on downs. Gunz get the ball and have to settle for a FG attempt...it`s long enough...it`s straight enough...but it`s no good? Game goes to OT: Gunz take 2 plays and score, PAT good. Primetime gets to ball inside of the 10 on the first play, but then 2 crucial errors on offense...fumbles by the QB. Hail Mary knocked down. The Gunz win.

Let me know what you thought of the game.

What did I miss?

What you missed was primetime went up 20-13 with about 8 minutes to play. the gunz came back to tie it up with 5 to go. primetime took the ball to midfield and had a 4th and 10 and went for it. joe completed a pass for a first down but the ref said his flag had been pulled before the throw. veeeeery debatable call. Gunz got the ball at midfield with 1 minute to go and were unable to get a first down. Ended up going for a 40 yard field goal and baaarely missed wide right. Got the ball first in overtime and scored. it was a great game and the youngins should get all the credit in the world for battling it out with the gunz. in the end the gunz experience in tight games proved very valuable. all that being said playmaker played a HELL of a game at qb/d-line/secondary/etc. you could tell he wanted this game bad. wouldnt sleep on primetime next time

Yea it was a good game. With all the hype I was actually expecting a good game and it was. As far as the debatable call: if my memory is correct it was more like 4th and 30 and highly unlikey that the pass would have been completed if the whistle had not blown. As far as the score 1 TD separates the two best teams. I would say probably a rematch in the Championship.
