Power wins and losses didn`t come from the coach, it came from the player`s!! Glen is not the reason Power is winning right now. If you follow them you can clearly see they are not playing anybody. Them guys are not confident at all. When playing those "B" league squads they are not consistent at all. Now watch , once they play somebody that`s good; watch how they crumble. They still can`t compete at the next level with every QB on the sideline on the field. If Glen is the reason why Power is winning, he better sit all but one QB down. I think Glen is their just to carry out orders for Larome (owner of !Power). That coach mess don`t work. You can`t call offense from the sideline nor can you call defense. They just wanted to go a different direction than Sam!!! Still with Sam or not that coach mess does not work. REAL TALK!!!! Gunz. The jury is still out on Power being a state and national contender. As far as WWFFA spring season I would rank them 3rd. I have them 1 ladder rung below Primetime, but just above WhoUWit. I`ve seen all of these teams in the league. I have Westwood 4th even though they beat WUW. Styles make fights and just because you beat somebody doesn`t guarantee you`ll beat somebody else. These playoffs should be a weekend of great games. Even though.. A coach in flag is just like a coach in any other sport. Oh yeah and if Glenn was just carrying out Larome`s orders then y doesn`t Larome start all the games? I sure he just didn`t take his self out. If you have problem kids on your team- u need to get rid of them. A team has one beat and one sound. If you don`t have that, fold the team. Any mistakes that happen on the field, I guest the team is going to put it on the coach. They might be really good but just need someone there to help put them in the right direction. A coach should be responsible for everything, QB sucks...why the coach put him in? The team is getting blown out...why hasn`t the coach made the right adjustments to make it close? This is flag, not semi-pro nor is it High School ball or the NFL. THIS IS FLAG !!!! If you have to babysit anybody on your team, kick them off. Teams are trying to win championships not babysit. I will not pay an entry fee to babysit anybody. Don`t get me wrong, each team feels different about having a coach. I`m just one who believes that each player on your team has a roll a needs to abide by it. Player`s on the team need to be accountable for their action and play on the field. Not one person on the sideline should carry all hat pressure when a team loses a game. If every player carry`s their on weight on the field than they will feel responsible win or lose. The man loves the Power has always been this way, itz nothing new.
